I have a problem with publishing a model.. The strange thing is...It is ok to do it in other computer, but not ok in my computer. I can publish other models. Only this one can't be done in my computer. I have tried reinstalled Vensim DSS (ps..the version is 5.5) But it didn't work. The error message...

I know Vensim 5 can publish the model to a package which has the extension name "vpm". In Vensim 5 you can use the menu item File>Publish to do it. But in Vensim 4, there is no such item in the menu item of" File". Does anyone know how to publish a model to a package in vensim 4?
