Hi Phil,

That's not an error message.

Your model is using the Vensim MESSAGE function. When you simulate the model, the criteria for displaying the message are met and so it appears on screen.

Have a look at the variables:

The Y axis has multiple scales. Jobs has a range of 0 to 100,000, whereas Labour Force is 0 to 200,000.

If you look at a table output it should confirm this. Looks to me that jobs reaches near 100,000 and labour force is around 120,000 at month 60.

There are many ways of doing this. I have attached a revised version of your model with one such method. See if it helps.
