I am running a model using month as the time step and would like to calculate the yearly averages. Please How can I implement a monthly counter? Or there is a simpler way to do that? (Vensim Ple Plus)

I have Vensim PLE Plus.
I would like to be able to read a column from excel to use the values in a model variable.
For instance: Workbook Demand, Sheet yearly, 12 values in column C, i.e. the monthly values for electricity demand for a specific load.
