Regarding Jack Homers post below, I can vouch for what Jack says. When I was head of Strategic Planning and Management Services at Educational Testing Service (ETS), Jack did some critical SD work for us -- and for others at ETS later on. I knew enough to know that SD was relevant and applicable but...
