Trouble exporting sensitivity dataset
Recently I have run a 10,000 simulation monte-carlo analysis varying 3 variables and saving results for 4 variables. The VDF file created is approximately 900MB. Whenever I use Model>Export Dataset the csv created is not correct. It is only 18kB in size and only contains variable headings (no values...

Can't view model as sketch
Strangly, when I open my model it goes straight to the equation viewer. When I try to view->as sketch, it says 'syntax error.' When I try running the model it also says 'syntax error,' but won't let me correct the error. I'm not sure what is wrong with my model. It was functioning without error when...

converting vensim models to stella
I've seen extensive documentation for converting a stella model to vensim, but I was wondering if the reverse can be done.

Re: Variables Missing from View
Here is an older version. There are many variables here that have been deleted (on purpose) before the newer versions. The left portion of the 'Reservours' view contains many variables linked together. This portion initially started out as an experiment, but got much too big so I removed it (I might...

Re: Variables Missing from View
This is the most recent version, before I noticed this strange occurrence. I have not yet built 'Junction 94' and 'Junction 95' in this version, but everything else should be there.

Re: Variables Missing from View
My model is attached. The following variables (are either level or auxilliary) plus their inflows and outflows are missing: -Junction 94 -Junction 95 - Langdon Reservour - Cowoki Lake - Tilley Reservour - Kitsim Reservour - Snake Lake - Rock Reservour They should be in the view "Reservoiurs&quo...

Variables Missing from View
Hi, I am using Vensim DSS 6.1 on Windows 7. I'm having a problem that I just noticed as of late. When I save and exit my model, then re-open it, some of the variables are not shown in the view but still exist as shadow variables (ex- if I search for a variable name it says it cannot find it in any v...

Yes, I've tried reform/clean and the error persists. I've emailed you my model.

Vensim error
When I tried to run my model I received the following error: "Unrecognized Interpreter command". Every time I click ok or try to close it, it just pops up again. Vensim won't let me do anything.
Has anyone else had this kind of error?

subscript within a subscript
I have the following problem I am trying to solve, and am wondering if such a thing is possible in vensim: Lets say we have a hierarchy: store-->(shoestore, hatstore) and shoestore-->(laces, shoes, soles) and hatstore-->(ballcaps, cowboy hats) Where the '-->' symbol represents the following is conta...
