it seems both of your options could deal with lookup tables which are mathemtically correlated. for example, by the VECTOR LOOKUP function, tables from mode 1-9 are actually some functions from table 0. Why Auxiliary variable could not use itself
this question is related with my previous question about the stock variables could not be assigned a range in Vensim. I haved tried to use Auxiliary type for this, however, it seems Auxiliary variable could not use itself, that is, itself could not be put in the equation.

on the equation input, i signed the min and max values, but it did not work. Any suggestion?
