using lookup appears to be complex. can i use STEP function? if yes, kindly forward me details to input in the model

the model runs in "Months" but I am simulating for 4 years (48 months)
May be easier to use a lookup to store "demand", where the x-axis goes from 0 to 48 (month).
i will try this and see how it goes
