The problem was solved!
I had mistakably loaded another model. By deleting loading that model, the problem was fixed!

Dear Administrator,
I found the problem but still need the solution.
I modified my model but the venapp model still reading the previous one! How should I define the modified one for my venapp?

Dear Tom, Dear Administrator, I would like to put a variable in my Venapp, that the user can change the Noise Seed and/or Number of Simulation before any sensitivity run. Re: Running Venapp in Vensim Reader
Thank you for the link you provided. But these commands are not working in the Vensim Reader and get an error. I think they are just runnable merely in Vensim.

Re: Running Venapp in Vensim Reader
Dear Administrator,
Thanks for your reply. It works, but the boxes that I have designed as inputs in the Venapp shows "error"! This will not happen if I run Venapp through Vensim. I have attached a screenshot of the venapp.

Re: Showing sensitivity graph in Venapp
Let me correct my question. using WORKBENCH>SENSITIVTY GRAPH actually works in venapp and shows its related sensitivity graph, however, I have put a button which user can select from the list of variables to see its sensitivity run. The command of the button is "SPECIAL>VARSELECT|Variables"...

Dear Tom/Administrator,
I have a problem with showing sensitivity run in Venapp. For a normal run, I can show its graph and table through the following commands:

Re: Setting constants in different runs in Venapp
No, the steps from entering inputs to simulation is as follows:
1- Entering values in the input screen
2- pushing the "save changes" button (SIMULATE>WRITECIN|temp.cin)
3- reading the CIN file (SIMULATE>READCIN|temp.cin)
4- pushing the "simulation" button
