I've tried the above with no success...I'm totally baffled. I've also tried reinstalling Venitity, and running the program as administrator.

Do ask if there's any information you need that might help you diagnose the problem. Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Tom. It doesn't seem as though any processes are locking that file/folder. It also looks as though my account has the required read/write permissions.

I also just tried using Lockhunter to view which processes were using the locking the "Ventity" program folder, and it seems as though only Ventity itself is accessing the folder (see attachment).

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. Yes, I am using version 3.0.2. After your comment I tried running the program as administrator and got the same error.
