Hi Tom,
Thanks for your useful reply.
Please kindly mention the year of SD conference that includes the model.

Hi,
I just saw this video: https://vensim.com/data-science-bottom-line/.
Are there any papers implement this?

Vensim dll files
Hello,
I can see vdpdll32.LIB but I did not see vdpdll32.DLL.
Any suggestion?
I have already a script to call vdpdll32.DLL,
but it seems I have only vdpdll32.LIB but
I did not get vdpdll32.DLL.
I use Vensim DSS.

Hello,
Can someone please tell how to do "sensitivity analysis"
for a lookup function using a Hearne's method ?

Dear,
Are there someone has been working on
combining Phyton, Vensim and QGIS ?
If so, where shoudl I find modules to combine
Phyton, QGIS and Vensim ?
Thanks.

Dear All, Imagine you are working on a project where you don't know most employees or you are confused with their credibility. and you are asked to share your SD models to others. What do you do so your models cannot be plagiarized? What are your tricks so someone cannot easily copy paste your model...

arranging a set of figures
Hello,
I have a set of figures after model simulation.
Are there tips to display a lot of figures
in 1-2 pages nicely but readers can still see
figures clearly ?
thanks in advance

Thanks for replies

Providing a model like C-ROAD model
Dear,
I am writing a Vensim model and I want to publish the model online.
What shall I do to have a model like C=ROAD model ?
so, I want users can run the model without seeing the model codes
like users do after downloading C=ROAD model.

Hi there,
When I use a "f(x)" icon to see variables,
I see some variables that are not listed in the model.
what shall I do clean "unseen models" ?
In the list: there some variables but when
I ask Vensim a variable, Vensim tells me such variable

Thanks for your a fast reply.
I want to display 7 variables no more.
How do I find the graph definition file please?

Dear,
I went to the control panel as I wanted to create
a graph containing some variables.
There is an issue, can I create a graph with more than 6 variables
to be displayed in a graph please ?

Re: sensitivity analysis
Hi Tom,
I just exported sensitivity analysis results and I got columns with a prefix like "T1" until "T24".
What does it mean?
Which ones are low percentile, median and high percentile?

Re: optimize-calibration
I am trying to calibrate a stock model (fluctuated values depend on precipitation) and
I have found it's hard to get fully calibrate.
The model itself contains only less than 35 variables.

Re: optimize-calibration
Tom, thanks a lot for your reply.
If we do calibration continuously (maybe 24 hours), does it mean we will get
almost nil payoff?
or
does Vensim absolutely help us to get almost nil payoff?
Could you please explain of how to create Kalman-filter file (*.prm)?

Hi,
Does Vensim do a similar process/steps to calibrate a stock and a flow variable?
Shall I am aware something when I calibrate either a stock/flow variable?

Re: sensitivity graphs
Hi,
I believe the red line shows an output based on parameters before I started sensitivity analysis.
Is that correct?
How do I export all values 50%, 75% and so on output values?
I can export a sensitivity graph but not any values.

Re: dimensional consistency
Please find attached model.
The time unit is monthly and I want to measure
annual water consumption so I create a stock named "annual water consumption".
But, there is an awkward situation as a flow has a dimension "m^3" instead of "m^3/month".

Re: dimensional consistency
Hi, I think there is misunderstood. So, I reproduce my first question and give more info as follows: I have a model with time unit is "monthly". So, I put monthly water consumption (m^3) as "a stock" and then later, I need annual water consumption. If I create a stock of annual w...
