I cannot find vendll32.dll in version 6.4E

I have intalled Vensim PLE Version 6.4E in my PC (64 bits windows 7). However, I want to link Vensim to Matlab but I cannot find the vendll32.dll file.

Could you please tell me where is it, or how can I do that link?

You need Vensim DSS if you want to use the DLL.
