Comparision of runs

Post by Hossein »

Dear Tom, Administrator,

I want to compare different runs from my model, but one of them has a significant difference from others to the extend that others are not visible(please see the attachement 1)! changing the scale of the axis is not also proper (please see the attachement 2). I want to know is there a solution that I can have all these runs in a view that is comparable? The numbers do not matter and I just need comparision.

I'd suggest exporting the values (using the table tool) and drawing the graph in Excel (a custom graph might also help as you can have different axes on the left/right). One of your plots is far larger than the others, there is no way to display all plots on the same scale.

If all values are nonzero, you could put them on a log scale, or create a log(x) variable.
