Start by fixing the unit errors and removing the "*100" from your equations. Then see if the users increase in the way you expect them to.

Also, remove/replace the dynamic connection from "penetration rate" to "internet users" - stocks can only change via flows.

I fix dimension and remove penetration rate and 100 from equations, but the number of internet site visitors are still fixed in 2200000, and does not increase properly?

You have ((Internet users-number of internet site visitor)/Internet users) for both the inflow and outflow of that stock, so the net change is 0.

Having no units is not really an improvement over having units errors.

I'd suggest working through some of the examples in the User Guide section of the Help system.
