Is it possible to write comment for buttons? i´d like to do the following: when the mouse arrow is near to the button on the Venapp GUI the comment appears in a yellow rectangle and shows it on the screen for a while?
Unfortunately no. This is possible using Sable but not in the Vensim Venapp environment. If you are using Vensim DSS I suggest you download the Sable Demo program and see if it is useful for you.
ok, it is really not working, only for sketches... but I´ve already tried to work with sable, its a good software, but we already have the distribution licence for Vensim...

Sable is complementary to Vensim, it is an "add on" and works with Vensim to give you much greater flexibility when designing interfaces to run your model. You can make use of Sable Lite to become familiar with the software.
