I am developing a SD model of a Government auditing organisation that is =
required to consider the impact of skills/competencies availability on the =
ability of the organisation to carry out meaningful audits. The key issue =
is the availability of the particular skills/competencies (generic and =
specific) now, and in the future. I would welcome any comments, =
experiences and examples from anyone who worked on models incorporating =
such issues.
Many thanks
George Stuart

Modelling of Skill/Competencies
University of New South Wales (Australian Defence Force Academy) in
association with CSC(Aust) is initiating a 2 year research program
focussing on the core competencies required to build knowledge
organisation / learning organisation and the structures /
procedures etc required to foster and maintain it. Nothing to
offer at this stage but we are keen to build contacts.
