Expense management paper/model

Ive posted "Applying System Dynamics to Business: An Expense Management
Example" on my Web site (http://facilitatedsystems.com/pubs.html). Its
a companion paper to "Pipeline Inventory: The Missing Factor in
Organizational Expense Management" (National Productivity Review,
Summer, 1999) and is intended to help managers who dont know SD
understand what it might be able to do for them. There is an associated
model for experimentation.
