Material for new SD Society web page

I am constructing a new SD Society home web page and would appreciate some
suggestions for:
* a 200 to 500 word description of SD for the novice
* a 200 to 500 word description of the relation of SD to Systems Thinking
* Nominations for a short bibliography of key SD books (authors -- please
send me a 20 to 40 word description of the intended target of your book and
the name of your publisher).
* URL of any noncommercial web sites with useful SD info
