Dynamics of Research Networks

I am the Managing Director of a private Foundation that does granting
in the area of Health and Society http://www.lupina.ca/. We are
considering an initiative involving
the funding of a Research Network on Global Health. Has anyone done
SD work on the dynamics of research networks?
