Hello,
actually, I´m building a model to simulate influences on automotive brand
images. The impact of the most important brand attributes as ""ecological
awareness"" and their temporal change should be shown.
Another model I am working on is a customer model, that shows the influence of media advertising and ""Word of Mouth advertising"" on the acquisition of new customers.
Has anybody already created such models? And: Does anybody have some information about contact rates and adoption rates caused by WoM advertising?
