Hi Everyone,
I have recently joined an organization called SCORE. I am a volunteer
in the Knoxville, Tennessee Chapter. See
http://score.iscweb.com/www.index.html#TOP I want to utilize SD and
software like STELLA, i-Think etc. to help someone start a small
business. Do you have any suggestions of how to get started doing
this? I want to keep the approach as simple as possible, but yet
effective. I do have a background in SD. My concern is that I am not
dealing with a large existing corporation, but a potential small
business that you want to design to be viable and sustainable. I thought
I could utilize the SD approach in the background and then provides
effective guidance to the SCORE client.
Cheers,
Alex Leus

QUERY Small Startup Business Models
Posted by Bill Braun <bbraun@hlthsys.com>
A number of people have converted the archetypes to small models. All of
them can be used prospectively from a planning point of view. While they
are simple models, they might be the foundation for a deeper exploration
of a particular start-up.
