ANNOUNCE 3-year PhD Fellowships in Norway

In connection with a new research project eGovMon: eGovernment Monitor
co-funded by the Research Council of Norway we are seeking for a PhD
candidate with a system dynamics background and interested in
e-government measurement. The eGovMon project aims at developing a
coherent set of measurable indicators to support e-government
monitoring, and the associated policy support tools, among others system
dynamics models.
