A problem with attributes

Post by moudi »

Hi

I have a very simple problem with a model I built just as an exercise. I want to have a number of persons (customers) that have a bank account. I'm able to specify the initial values for the bank account in the Input data. However, although I specified the inflows (deposits) for the different customers in the same way, these values are not used in the calculation. It is always one constant value. What am I doing wrong?

OK, I realise (assume?) that it is not possible to define an initial value for a flow rate. So, if I introduce an additional constant variable, it works...

Your workaround is correct. However, you have found a bug.

It's true that a flow with a non-constant expression can't be given a fixed initial value, but in your example the constant flow expression should be settable. I've put in a ticket for a fix.
