Getting past value in future

Hey all,

i hope you can help me on this one.

Vensim PLE Version

My problem
I have defined a rate A by which my capacity increases each year. After 21 years the capacity is ready for the next level.
In the rate B i need the value of the first time step (the beginning) from rate A.
So it might be clearer.

Rate A: Time Step 1 Value 1
Time Step 2 Value 2
:
:

Rate B: Time Step 21 Value 1 of rate A
Time Step 22 Value 2 of rate A
:
: and so on

Delay fixed function will give me the value of rate A from time step 21 at time step 21 in rate B!

Delay fixed (with a delay time of 20 time steps) does exactly what you want.
