I am PhD student at Bradford University School of Management. I am making a quantitative study for my PhD through a questionnaire. My topic is about knowledge dynamics within communities of practice. I have chosen number of case studies to find out why people are attracted to participate in some topics than others. Systems Dynamics forum was one of the chosen case studies.
