make a schedule as an output

Good evening, everyone.

Right now I'm using Vensim PLE for my thesis, because my lecturer told me to make a simulation model.

The model I want to make is a simulation of bus transportation in a city. The simple example is like this:

[bus]--->
[station]----------[terminal1]----------[terminal2]--------[station]

in each terminal, the bus had passangers in and out, more like a train transportation I guess.

Now, the problem, the lecturer want to make a schedule so that the bus will not too many at the same batch in one time, or too long time in bus interval, more like a schedule.

So, how could I simulate this in Vensim? Anyone can help?
