[Help] Missing Arrow after Close Vensim PLE

My Vensim is PLE,

whenever I make a model and give arrows for them, they keep missed after I close and reopen.

(but the arrow DO exists, but is not viewed)

These are the shoots for this problem:

-before closing-

-to show connection exists-

that's the problem, basically the arrow is not shown

Can you try clicking Model->Options, then click "Sketch". Make sure "Show initial causes on model diagrams" is ticked and see if this solves the problem?

Make sure you are using version 5.8c. If you could post the model that would I can take a look to see why things are not visible.
