Hello Mohd Izhan,

I am responding to your query on SD being applied to the
telecommunications market. This thread has been covered a few months
ago. Maybe it is worthwhile looking through the system dynamics archive
of messages.

In short, there is a documented project that Jonahan Segal conducted for
the New Zealand telecommunications market. You can find a link to his
home page through the Home Page of the company I work for here in The
Netherlands, Paradigm. You can find the link to the page under "Links"
then Johnathan Segal. We are currently involved in an intensive
engagement with PTT Telecom here in the Netherlands. Together we are
making a strategic pricing model to simulate the effects pricing
decisions have on market share, overall market demand, costs, revenues,
and other financial indicators. Due to confidentiality we cannot go into
too much detail. However, we will put out a paper on our site in the
near future.
