try Kim Warren's Strategic Management Dynamics (2008). If you are up to German, there is also a recent dissertation out there about Value Drivers which very explicitly touches the different strategic views in the literature with some reference to the BSC as well:

Kunath, Oliver (2009): Systemdynamische Werttreiberplanung, Hamburg.
