Im looking for a model representing the Coopeeration Between two
organization;
it should include variables to simulate different policies and
find out the best Policies.

Im looking for some studies related to this kind of subject, as well.

of interorganizational networks" inside the SD 97 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
