v6.2 Copy/Cut and Paste problem

I often use the text editor to troubleshoot/update Vensim DSS models and am experiencing occasional problems when using the paste functionality in v6.2. It manifests after a model has been run - in the problem case a lengthy optimisation run. Following a run the paste simply does not operate - the selected material is simply deleted without any replacement text. One has to 'undo', close Vensim and reboot the workstation to restore functionality.

My workstation checks out in terms of hardware (Dell PC Check) and a SFC scan does not indicate any problems in Windows 7.

Could it be a bug in v6.2?

Strange as it sounds, the paste problem has not repeated and I cannot recreate it - even after a massive 3 day optimisation run with 11 optimisation elements in the .voc file over a data run of 23 years!
