Using per day and per week variables

I am currently working with variables measured "per day". I would like to use a random uniform that returns a random number every 5 days, spamming for a period of 5 days.

For example, from time 0 to time 15, input values change per day BUT during each 5 day period input value can increase by "X" amount, where X is determined by a random uniform, where the value of X changes after every 5 days.

I would really appreciate an urgent response to this matter
