Norway.
If you study system dynamics then it may depend on you what kind of
focusing problems you have.

I cant offer you a Masters programme in system dynamics focused on US.
However, US is only one part of the world, although mighty powerful right
now, but the rest of the world counts as well.

In Bergen, Norway, there is a very good Masters programme in System
Dynamics see: http://www.ifi.uib.no/courses/master-program.html),
and in Lund, southern Sweden, there is another Masters programme in
Environmental Science with a Systems dynamic profile on all courses (see:
http://www.biol.lu.se/lumes).
Europe is old but still valid. Can I tempt you?
