When testing the CohortPop2 model I get a warning saying that there is a mismatch between expression contents and diagram causal links. Though there is no computational problem, it is not clear to me, what the warning means.

I don't have it running at the moment, but that message indicates that an equation uses inputs that aren't shown on the diagram. This used to happen a lot in actions because there were some loose ends in the diagramming code.
You should be able to edit Parent.Head Cohort, right-click the missing causal variable in the equation, and add it to the diagram. That will suppress the warning.
