Dear Ventity Team (Tom),
Is there a place where we can share our published research in which ventity has been used?
Or maybe put a sticky thread on the top for others to read the research articles?
Looking forward to hearing from you about this.
Regards,
Athar
Published Research using Ventity
Re: Published Research using Ventity
There isn't too much yet, due to the lags in adoption and publication, but if you point us to something, we'd be happy to feature it, and perhaps to start a page on the Ventity site.

Re: Published Research using Ventity
Hi Tom,
I have one published work (using Ventity) for the building sector and a couple (transportation and water sector) under review and development. I will share the link here for the published one now and come back as soon as other work is done.
Looking forward to scientists adapting Ventity as it really helped me with easy integration of large data sets as well as quick model development.
1. Published in Journal of Cleaner Production: Role of energy efficiency policies on energy consumption and CO2 emissions for building stock in Qatar

DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jclepro.2019.06.296

Re: Published Research using Ventity
Cool. I can't see through the paywall - is this a hybrid, with CLDs in Vensim and the model in Ventity?

Re: Published Research using Ventity
Yes... CLDs are modeled in Vensim with actual model developed in ventity.
Re: Published Research using Ventity
Hi Tom,
I hope you are doing well. Just wanted to update you that our team has published another paper with the help of Ventity. Thank you !! for helping me out with the intricacies of using cohort modeling in ventity. PS, you have been mentioned in the acknowledgements
The link to the paper is https://authors.elsevier.com/c/1ai-O3QCo9YeZb , which should be freely accessible for 50 days.
I am working on another model and will be using ventity again. It's features are really unique and can address various policy issues.
