Theil's inequality statistics model

Good day everyone,

I have tried to implement the Theil's inequality statistics in a model to verify bias (Um), unequal variation (Us) and unequal covariation (Uc). I have followed the formulations available on Sterman2000, p.875, table 21-5.

Nevertheless, my results do not sum 1 (Um + Us + Uc = 1), and they even get to negative.
Could anyone help me checking the model (attached)?
