access to models in directory

Cannot access model from directory as given in manual as "cust1.mdl from the guid\chap09\complete directory". The response I get is "denied". I am using the PLE version

Sounds like a permissions problem on your computer.

Search Google for the exact error you are getting, hopefully there will be instructions on how to change the permissions on the files/folders to allow you access.
