I downloaded latest version of Vensim 9.4.0 but I can't install it because I am getting this error (see attachment).
Maintenance is valid until May, 2024.
My Visa was charged for the maintenance.

Are you using an old unlock code?
When you log into the download area, the latest unlock code will be listed, try that.
