BUG: Double-clicking MDL file in Finder replaces open model

I have the Settings "Close active model on New/Open" turned off.

But, when I double-click on a second MDL file it replaces the currently opened model that I'm working on.

Expected behavior would be to open a new window with the second model, given the current Setting choice.

What happens if you use the latest Vensim?

Updated to 10.1.5.

This is still a problem.
