Your question is a bit vague, I'm not sure how to even think about answering.

Can you provide more detail please?

I recreated a model on Vensim. Production flow into Inventory Stock, and then out to shipment (variable). There are several other variables linked in the system. I am looking to study the behavior of the system with respect to varying 2 components - 1. time to hire new workers and 2. the time for reconciling inventory. Thank you.

Note, I removed your phone number from the forum.

You will probably find SyntheSim mode very useful.

And Sens2All will also provide insights.

Details on how to use both are easily found in the help system.
