Comment's tooltip

Hi all,

I would like to add a tooltip in a Comment, so that when I hover the mouse over the comment I can read a specific text.
My aim is to use the comment to draw Loop symbols (+ or -) and then write in the tooltip a short sentence summarizing what the loop is doing.

As you can see from the screenshot, the tooltip field in the Comment window is greyed out. I am using Vensim PLE 10.2.2 on MacOS 12.7

Is that an expected limitation ?
