I cannot load .dat files in Vensim 10.3.2

Hello, I updated my Vensim to 10.3.2. Unfortunately, with the new interface, I cannot figure out how to load .dat files. I am also not able to load the files that I need to run a simulation.

Vensim PLE cannot load .dat files.
