Hi Tee,
I wrote a book on the issues you remarked. It is, unfortunately, written in
Italian
(which I guess is impossible to understand for you!!!).
However, Im working on another book (in English), covering similar issues
and very much focused
on the link between system dynamics and accounting models into interactive
learning environments supporting business plans.
I expect that the book will be published between July and September 2002.
However, if you browse my web site (http://www.unipa.it/~bianchi) you can
find some papers to download on this issue.
Concerning other publications, I can of course suggest you the following
book:
Lyneis J., Corporate Planning and Policy Design. A SD Approach, Pugh Roberts
ass Press, cambridge, Mass., 1980.
I hope this will help.
Best regards,
Carmine

Teaching accounting and financial concepts with systems dyna
It seems to me that systems dynamics would be a valuable tool for teaching
some of the
basic concepts of accounting and financial management; for example,a
a cash flow model with its stocks and flows. Does anyone have any
refererences
where continuous simulation is used for this purpose?
Thanks
Tee
