SD health care system

We have seen some very informative links to important issues in the health
industry. I would like to add my two meager comments:
1) Consider what your supporters are interested in.
2) Consider what you are interested in.
3) It may not be necessary (or possible) to exercise pertinent models with
the available data. By identifying the dynamics involved in different
aspects of this system, one could identify the data necessary to
appropriately build and validate a model. You may find that insufficient
data exists for specific system models to be parameterized. This is a very
important finding - what data is necessary to characterize the system.

Your are standing on very rich soil, the market place is starving for a
variety of goods. What would you like to cultivate? What resources do you
have the execute this activity and over what time span?

i m shierlyn s. paclijan, currently enrolled in the master of
engineering program in De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
One of the courses I m taking up in right now is system dynamics
and part of the requirement i am to submit is a study on the dynamics
of the Philippine Health Care system. Since I find the topic so vast,
could you please help me on how to go on about the study, what dta to
gather and if there are similar studies made on health care systems,
could you please send me some inform ation about it?

I would really appreciate your help. I find this course very
interesting. Since I am a faculty on leave of Xavier University,
Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, I plan to intorduce the course
of system dynamics to colleagues and students, as well.

health care systems management. These articles may help you in better
identifying your problems and needs. You can also get many references to
previous work in this field.

Focus on a single important issue for the Philippine system such as access
to high cost drugs, inequality of access, cost inflation workforce issues
etc
Use the data you have or the ministry has, or frameworks and data you can
get from WHO such as
