Greetings,
The State of New Mexico recently established a tax review commission. I have
volunteered to help a non-for-profit organization, Think New Mexico, try to
use an SD approach to examine the issues.
Does anyone have references to tax models?
Thanks
P.S. I did check the SD bibliography

Some of the questions/problems/issues that challenge taxing authorities are
found in other social systems, such as businesses. Can you say what the
issues are that you want to examine?
