Happy new year for all!

Here are two brief announcements:

(1) An "impact dynamics" special interest section is being set up at the
International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), to explore the
mechanisms behind environmental impacts. More at: http://www.iaia.org

(2) A new software project is initiated, under the name "interact". More
at: http://home.utad.pt/~tasso/interact
