One more call for help- simple problem
I'm trying to figure out how to convert the attached CLD to stok and flow diagram. Any suggestion on what should be a stock, a flow, a constant would help. I assume applicants and reputation should be stocks, although not sure how to express reputation in terms of formulas.

You should also check your influences. What you are saying now is:
if SAT Requirements increase, Actual enrollments decrease. This causes enrollment shortfall to increase, which causes SAT Requirements to Decrease.
But if this is correct I would say Actual Enrollment is a Level. Although I don't know what the purpose of your model is and SAT Requirements could also be the level if the above is not correct.
A delay will always be a level (percieved reputation).
