An article in the Vermont Guardian that describes a long-term
planning effort to establish energy policy, and which involves
the use of SD. The article makes reference to mediated modeling,
based, in part, on Marjan van den Belt's 2004 book, ""Mediated
Modeling: A System Dynamics Approach to Environmental Consensus
Building"".
