Organization learning and growth model?

Greetings,

has anyone built a model showing the inter-relationships between the
stocks of Org Learning? Im thinking of something that can evaluate
investment (time, effort, money, people, etc.) in, maybe, the stocks and
converters that represent the Five Disciplines or something like that.

Were trying to make a case for some larger scale organizational
structural and cultural change to instill L.O. principles and having a
flight simulator model to demonstrate might be helpful. We use Powersim
now, but anything thats out there would be great.
