Hi!
I am interested to find the impact of System Dynamics to Decision Making
and Forecasting in Businesses. To narrow this research I need to chose an
application area. I was wondering if some aspect of Computing/IT could be
involved in this.
Could some of you help me widen my perspective?
I shall appretiate if you could reply asap,
Thanks

Hi Raj,
A topic Im interested in is the impact of IT on business performance -
evaluating the case for making a change to a businesss IT.
I think you might find this an interesting line to pursue.

Hi Raj
I am the Chairman of a Sydney based IT company. The most difficult dynamic
issue we deal with where SD might be applied is sales
evenue/cash flow
forecasts. We have a relatively small number of customers but even then the
variations between cash flow forecast and cash flow outcome is often
enormous, which has an impact on (for example) our ability to invest in
discretionary R&D.
