Dear Colleagues

This is a request for information on simulation games on environmental=
issues, such as:
- greenhouse gases=20
- environmental impact and risk assessment
- energy saving actions (on a local or a global level)
- life cycle analysis
- environmental pollution

Please let me know if you know about:
- simulation games for education on environmental issues
- simulation games for training of professionals
- policy expercises and mediation tools
- distributed simulation games on the internet
- etc.

I am looking for articles, references to simulation games, websites, and=
people working in the field. I do NOT look for pure computer models or pure=
computer simulations - a component of social interaction among involved=
people (trainees, students,...) must be involved.=20

Why do I ask all this? I am currently enrolled in the Certificate Program=
for Simulation & Gaming Studies at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. The=
topic of my major term paper is "Simulation and Gaming as a Tool for=
Communication on Environmental Issues", in which I would like to compile a=
paper on the field.

Your contributions will be of great interest, not only for me. They will=
contribute to a - hopefully - very useful publication.
